These terms cover your use of codedformula.com. By using the site you agree to them. The site is operated by Coded Formula, a web design and local SEO agency based in Galloway, New Jersey.
What the site is for
The site describes our services and lets you contact us. Prices shown are market ranges to help you plan; the price for your project is the one we put in writing after a free call, and it may fall outside those ranges depending on what you need.
No guarantees about rankings or results
Search engines, Google Maps and advertising platforms are controlled by their operators, not by us. We can describe what usually happens and what we've seen, but we cannot promise a specific ranking, a number of leads, or a revenue figure, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.
Sample builds
Website mockups shown on this site as sample builds are illustrations of our approach. The businesses named in them are fictional unless a page says otherwise. Real client work is labeled as such and linked to the live site.
Your messages
When you send us a message or form, you confirm the information is yours to share and accurate. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ownership
The design, text, code and images of this site belong to Coded Formula or their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
Services agreements
Work we do for you is governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project, not by these site terms. Where the two differ, the written agreement wins.

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, Coded Formula is not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from relying on its general information.
