Who we are

Coded Formula is a web design and local SEO agency based in Galloway, New Jersey. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. Questions go to info@codedformula.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site or send us directly.

• Contact and consultation forms: your name, business name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city, the service you're interested in, an optional budget, and your message.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email, including anything you attach.
• Basic technical information our hosting provider records to serve the site, such as your IP address and browser type, in standard server logs.

Why we collect it

We use this information to reply to you, to prepare a plan and quote if you ask for one, and to do the work you hire us for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

Where it goes

Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and are visible only to us. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. Email is handled by our email provider. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy that governs how it stores data on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Google Analytics, a tool from Google, to count visits: which pages are opened, roughly where visitors are (city level), what kind of device they use, and which buttons are pressed. Google sets cookies to do this and handles that data under its own privacy policy. We do not send Google your name, phone number, email or anything you type into a form.

Every page of this site loads the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta which pages were visited, whether a form was sent, and whether a phone or WhatsApp button was tapped, so we can see which ads work and show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited. Meta sets cookies to do this and handles that data under its own privacy policy. We do not pass Meta your name, phone number, email or anything you type into a form.

You can limit ads based on your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies. Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site. If we add another tracking tool, we will update this policy and describe what it collects.

Your browser may keep small preferences, such as which tab you last opened, on your own device. Nothing of that kind is sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and form submissions for as long as we need them to reply, quote, or work with you, and for our own records afterward. If you'd like us to delete what you sent, email info@codedformula.com and we will, unless we're required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@codedformula.com. You can also reach us on WhatsApp instead of using a form.

Children

This site is for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
